Pomona College Women’s Union (WU)
Mission: The Pomona College Women’s Union provides a safe space for people of all genders to gather. The WU promotes discourse and provides support for all students and members of our community. The WU holds Thursday noon lunches and co-sponsors events. The WU is a chill, quiet place to study — with comfy couches, lots of pillows, cool stuff to read, current magazines, yoga mats, craft supplies, and even snuggies.
Location: The Women’s Union is on the 2nd floor, southeast side of Walker on Pomona’s north campus.
Hours: The WU is open Sun-Thurs from 4-11pm and 12-7pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Queer Resource Center (QRC)
Mission: The Queer Resource Center is a 7 College resource center serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, omnisexual, pansexual and allied community at the Claremont Colleges. Their space houses a great collection of over 1200 LGBTQ-related books which can be checked out, used as textbooks for classes or research material for papers, and they also have a wide selection of queer movies that can be rented for free. The QRC’s student staff members work hard every semester hosting a number of fantastic programs in addition to co-sponsoring many other events with various organizations. The lounge and lobby (aka rainbow ski lodge) can be used for organizational meetings, doing homework and studying, or simply hanging out with good friends in a safe and welcoming space.
Location: The QRC is located on Pomona’s campus south east of Frary Dining Hall, in Walton Commons. The address is 395 E. 6th Street.
Hours: Monday – Thursday 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Friday 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Scripps Communities of Resources and Empowerment (SCORE)
Mission: The mission of Scripps Communities of Resources and Empowerment (SCORE) is to provide organizational support and resources to empower student organizations so that they may further promote social and political awareness, specifically with respect to issues of class, ethnicity, gender, race, religion, sexuality, and sexual orientation. In addition to offices, a kitchen and lounge area, the SCORE Office contains a conference room for student use.
Location: The office is located on the north side of Scripps campus in the area formerly known as the Routt-Frankel exercise room.
